How To Create Multiple Exposures In-Camera With A Canon Rebel Xti, 450D?
I want to do a multiple exposure in camera with my Canon Rebel Xti (450D). I know there are ways involving a bulb exposure and covering the lens half-way in between. Can someone provide me a step by step of that procedure or suggest any other techniques. I know it can be done in photoshop, but I work all in camera and want to keep it that way.
I'm afraid its impossible to do in-camera multiple exposures with your camera. I may be wrong but I did a search for DSLR cameras with multiple exposure capability and came up with none.
It might be possible to use the Bulb setting IF you can achieve a slow enough shutter speed - maybe with a low ISO (50) and using f16 on an overcast or cloudy day. You'll have to use -1 EV for a correct exposure. If you get a 1 sec. shutter speed you'll have to cover the lens at 1 sec. (preferbly with a heavy black cloth), keep the shutter open, move your subject around and then uncover the lens for another 1 sec. exposure.
